
Pregnancy can have it’s up and downs. From the very beginning its life changing. Starting from just experiencingthe positive test results from a home pregnancy test or a visit to the doctors office. Its a journey that lasts 9 months but brings so much joy into a person life. Things are different from women to women. Most women start off with the morning sickness while others don’t experience much at all. Those women are the lucky ones.
If you do have morning sickness the best thing to eat is anything that is pretty simple. Toast and crackers are all foods that won’t upset your stomach and still gives you small doses of food. Eating is essential since you need to keep your energy levels up and help to provide nutrients to the developing baby. Drinking Ginger ale also will sooth your stomach and sprite. Just make sure whatever you drink that it’s caffeine free.
Avoiding caffeine and alcohol become essential to making sure your baby developes correctly. Its a small price to pay to give up a few foods or drinks to bring a baby into the world. Make sure to drink plenty of water during the entire pregnancy. Staying hydrated is essential to your health and the baby.
You body will begin to show different changes. Hot flashes and overheating happens very commonly with pregnant women. With hormones changes and increasing. Mood swings also become a daily habit for some women. Try to find an outlet to release. Find a hobby that you can do to give yourself something to do. Most women find themselves in this lost state of mind because there life is so different. Body changes emotional changes. Life becomes so much more different.
Pregnancy is a joyful time of a women’s life. The first few months can be hard because things are changing but things get better and in the few months to follow life gets more joyful when you can see you baby on the ultra sound!
