Ab Circle Does it really work?

Ab circle is it really true?

The Ab Circle Pro fitness machine certainly looks impressive and if you’ve got one I wish you the best of luck with it. However, buying a machine doesn’t guarantee results. In fact, even using it doesn’t guarantee anything. You have to make sure you’re using it correctly to make it more effective.

First of all, you need to be sure that you’re using it safely. Working incorrectly with the Ab Circle may cause back and neck damage. While you’re on the Ab Circle Pro, you have to make sure not to arch your back by holding it straight with your abs muscles. In addition, you must keep your neck straight and your eyes looking down to the floor. Don’t watch TV while using the Ab Circle. It’s not the way to get results.

Second of all, some people find that the padding on the knee pads is not enough for them. If you feel the same way, you have to put an extra small towel under your knees to make sure they’re well padded or you will not be able to use the Abs Circle Pro for a suffiecient length of time.

Third, don’t use momentum to swing you back and forth. In the infomercial, you see the models swing themselves back and forth on the machine very quickly. This isn’t what I recommend doing. First of all, going too quickly may harm your back. Second, when you go too fast, you’re building up momentum which is actually swinging you back once you reach one end of the circle. This means that you’re not really making an effort yourself but that the momentum is going the work for you.

To avoid momentum, move more slowly and halt your movement at the end of each swinging motion. This will make the workout more challenging.

  3. the best work out equipment to date are these things that have been around for years, but everyone seems to have forgotten about them, they are the best, ive tried ab rollers, ab loungers, treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines and these are just the best, and its so weird because its the cheapest too- heres what you need – a good pair of running shoes to go for a run or walk around your neighborhood everyday, some big cans of beans or vegetables to weight lift with, a nice flat floor area to do some situps, push ups, lunges etc, a jump rope or maybe just a stereo to dance to the music, and of course good ol’ water…
